The firm practices in the California Superior Court, the U.S. District Court, the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and in the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. We also handle administrative proceedings before the Civil Service Commission, the EEOC, the Labor Commission, etc. Our practice extends throughout all the counties of southern California.
We are certified as a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) by the County of Los Angeles Community Business Enterprise Program, and we are certified as a Local Business Enterprise (LBE), a Small Local Business (SLB), and an LA Small Business Enterprise (LASBE) by the City of Los Angeles.
